Retail Sales KeyholderCuyana is now hiring a full-time Clienteling Lead (keyholder) to join our Abbott Kinney store location.Are you a self-motivated team player who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service to create a memorable retail experience? Then you may have the ideal skills to be part of our team!Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability; vacation, sick, and holiday pay; commuter benefit, 401k, bonus, productive incentives, and generous employee discount.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship buildingProvide customized virtual and in-person styling services within Cuyana customer segmentationsMaintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methodsProvide a premier customer experience at all timesReach and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIsExpert on product and brand knowledgeProactive in outreach to customers regarding new product launches and brand informationComplete all store transactions - purchases, returns, exchangesProcess and receive stock transfersOrganize, maintain, and clean the store and stockroomMerchandise the sales floor with direction from manager and product teamOpen and close store and follow all processes and procedures when Store Manager is not on dutyGive back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events)*Responsibilities may change based on business needsRequirements2+ yrs retail experience, 6+ mos leadership exp in a sales driven environment; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand exp a must; clienteling a plusConnection to Cuyana's Fewer, Better philosophyTeam player who thrives in fast paced environmentsProfessional attitude and customer service focusedDependable with all store responsibilitiesFlexible, adaptable, and willing to jump in and helpStrong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skillsCapable of handling difficult customer conversationsTechnology savvyFlexible work schedule - open availability for weekends, evenings, events, holidaysAble to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; Able to carry 25 - 30 lbsA Connection to Our ValuesWe look for mission and values-aligned candidates who respect each other and foster an open and supportive environment.
