Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment and supporting the wait staff. Key Responsibilities: Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for new diners. Water Service: Regularly check on tables to refill water glasses and ensure guests have everything they need. Bread Service: Bring freshly baked bread and accompaniments to tables, ensuring that each guest is offered these items. Assist Wait Staff: Support servers during busy times by delivering food and drinks, and helping with any additional requests. Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including the floor and service stations, to meet the restaurant’s high standards. Stock Supplies: Assist in restocking serviceware and other supplies as needed, ensuring that the front-of-house is well-prepared for service. Guest Interaction: Engage politely with guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and addressing any basic inquiries.
