Job Description:We are seeking skilled DC Electric Motor Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with the teardown, diagnostics, repair, rebuild, and testing of DC electric motors in industrial settings. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.Responsibilities:Perform teardown, diagnostics, repair, rebuild, and testing of DC electric motors.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in industrial equipment.Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications:Industrial electrical degree or certificate (AAS or 1–2 year technical program).Proven experience as a DC electric motor mechanic in manufacturing, industrial, or similar settings.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Why Join Us:Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunity for long-term employment with growth potential.Hands-on work in a dynamic industrial environment.Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
