Key Responsibilities
Manage a multi-million dollar budget for user acquisition across diverse products and global markets
Support the strategy development and optimization for SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, and other performance marketing channels
Oversee reporting of key performance metrics and apply structured testing to recommend campaign optimizations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of performance marketing experience managing paid media campaigns with a multi-million dollar budget
Proven ability to build data-driven strategies and identify growth opportunities while meeting KPI targets
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, including planning, execution, and optimization
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms
Relevant platform certifications are a plus
