ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Master's of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as an Occupational Therapist.Now Hiring: Occupational TherapistPosition Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRNLocation: Southern Physical Therapy ClinicAddress: 1620 Hwy 11 N Suite E, Picayune, MS 39466Overview:Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is experiencing growth and is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic with a pediatrics focus in Picayune, MS. While full-time is preferred, candidates with part-time or PRN availability will also be considered.Caseload / Patient Population:The Occupational Therapist will manage a caseload that includes general orthopedics, neurological cases, and hand and upper extremity cases. However, the primary focus will be on pediatric patients.This is a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).Full-time OTs typically complete 45-55 patient visits per week.Work Schedule:Full-time position working Monday - Friday.No weekends or holidays required.The work schedule can be flexible based on the needs of the candidate.Clinic hours:Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pmFriday: 7 am - 12 pmCompensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly rate starting around $32 per hour for new graduates, with increases based on experience.Bonus program based on individual performance.Benefits include:Health insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysRetirement planCEU reimbursement for professional development.Job Requirements:Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply – mentorship and training are available.Full-time availability is preferred.
