A K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide maternity leave coverage within a Minnesota school district. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver essential therapeutic services to elementary and middle school students with speech and language needs.Location: Anoka, MNJob Type: Contract, Leave CoverageHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through FridayCaseload: Onsite services across multiple buildings, including elementary and middle schoolsService Model: 3 weeks direct services followed by 1 week indirect servicesKey Responsibilities:Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students under a 3:1 service delivery modelService students primarily in therapy sessions, with no evaluation duties requiredCover multiple maternity leaves at different schools on varying schedules, including elementary and middle school settingsManage a caseload that includes typical elementary school students and some students in Setting III CDCCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goalsQualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP - School or SLP - CCC preferred)Eligibility to work in a K-12 school settingExperience or willingness to work with diverse student populations, including those with complex communication needsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage varying assignments and schedulesThis position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking flexible contract work with the opportunity to support several schools on maternity leave coverage.
