The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customer service inquiries, assists with coordinating shipments, and ensures accurate documentation for both domestic and export shipments.Duties:Routing and processing shipments for the distribution centerScheduling and coordinating inventory shipments between the main warehouse and offsite locationsPreparing shipping documentation for both inbound and outbound shipmentsMonitoring traffic desk tickets, responding to customer service requests in a timely manner, and providing freight rate quotes for outbound shipmentsInvestigating freight damages, shortages, or overcharges, assisting with shipping damage complaints and returns, supporting carrier claims, coordinating shipment schedules, and notifying customer service of any delays or issuesRequirements:Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, with at least one year of related logistics or shipping experience requiredMust be proficient with Microsoft OfficeMust be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment as neededJob Type: Direct HireShift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmThe Arnold Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)About Us:Looking for a job that fits your skills and goals?
