Dae Hair is looking for part-time Freelance Sales Specialists to spread sunshine on the Sephora sales floor in Seattle, WA. Founded by Amber Fillerup, Dae is a clean, vegan haircare brand inspired by the restorative power of the Arizona desert. Our thoughtfully crafted essentials are designed to deliver simple, effective results—and turn everyday hair routines into elevated rituals. As a Daedreamer, you’ll be the friendly face of the brand—connecting with clients, educating with confidence, and creating magic moments that leave a lasting impression. What You’ll Do Drive sales by engaging, educating, and delighting Sephora clients Share Dae’s clean haircare story and product benefits with confidence Build authentic relationships and foster brand loyalty Support in-store teams in achieving sales goals Assist with product education and training for team members when needed Represent the Dae brand with professionalism, positivity, and sparkle What We’re Looking For Experience in beauty retail, freelance artistry, hairstyling, or brand representation Previous Sephora experience is a plus, but not required A strong sales mindset—goal-oriented, confident, and never pushy Exceptional communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently Passion for beauty, clean products, and creating great client experiences Weekend availability Bonus points if you already love Dae If you can light up a sales floor, hit goals while keeping it fun, and make people fall in love with clean haircare, we’d love to meet you.
