Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.\n\nLocal CDL-A Delivery Drivers in Lincoln, IL\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n\n\t21+ years of age\n\tMust submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen\n\tLicense to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record\n\tAbility to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records\n\tTouch freight – may need to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly\n\tFlexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require\n\n\nPreferred Requirements: \n\n\n\t1 year of customer delivery experience\n\t6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience\n\t6 months of food and beverage experience\n\t2 years of consistent work history\n\n\nSysco is an Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
