Neff College of Business and InnovationJob No: 500967Work type: Staff - Full-TimeLocation: Main Campus - Academic Toledo, OHCategories: Administration, Full-Time, None, Administrative SupportJob Description:This Executive Assistant I supports the Dean's day-to-day schedule, maintains long-term calendars, prepares meeting and briefing materials, initiates and responds to correspondence on behalf of the Dean and Associate Deans, tracks action items from workflows, manages travel logistics, directs routine office operations, and serves as an ambassador for the Dean's office.Acts as the first point of contact for multiple constituencies including members of the President's Cabinet, UToledo Deans, Trustees, donors, volunteers, and prospects supporting UToledo's advancement mission, providing analytical support, project coordination, and supervision.Handles highly sensitive and confidential information in cooperation with the Dean and Associate Deans, developing professional relationships with senior administrators, and troubleshooting routine and unique matters that arise.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience, or three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.Ability to download and perform basic analysis of data from University of Toledo databases.Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Commitment to customer service and inclusive excellence.Ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications:None listed.Conditions of Employment:To promote the highest levels of health and well-being, the University of Toledo campuses are tobacco-free.
