TemPositions - HR Recruitment CoordinatorOur client, a nonprofit organization that assists parents and children with disabilities is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to managing employee recruitment and support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to perform duties in an organized and efficient manner, both independently and in collaboration with supervisors.POSITION DETAILS:Recruitment & Hiring SupportPartner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts across the organizationPost internal job openings and advertise external positions on current platformsBuild and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support talent pipelinesAttend job fairs and recruitment eventsMaintain and update the FTE and vacancy reportExperience in recruitment with demonstrated success in the field of OPWDDCandidate Screening & SelectionReview resumes and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers and/or directorsConduct telephone screenings and complete screening documentationCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersFollow up on interview outcomes and confirm hiring decisionsSchedule selected candidates for on-boarding, including completion of paperwork and background checksResearch and recommend new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidatesCoordinate fingerprinting and drug testing, as required, to completion, including following up with employees who are missing paperwork, sending out emails to to inform leaders when employees are cleared to workEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:• Minimum 2 years Human Resources and/or Recruitment Experience in the field of OPWDD• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations & legal requirements pertaining to the Human Resources DepartmentCOMPANY OVERVIEWThis job is presented to you by TemPositions Office, a division of the TemPositions Group of Companies.
