Our team collaborates across ABM, demand generation, and experiential programs in partnership with Sales leadership. We exist to demonstrate marketing as a strategic lever for revenue growth across the Americas.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing 1:1 and 1:Few ABM programs for strategic Major and Enterprise accountsPartnering with Sales to identify target accounts and building account-specific plays with personalized content and messagingOrchestrating multi-channel campaigns using intent data and account intelligence platformsMeasuring account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal velocity to optimize program performanceAligning with Field Marketing on account-level event activations and executive engagement programsWhat we're looking forBring 4-6+ years of B2B marketing experience with 2-3+ years focused on account-based marketingManage multi-channel ABM programs from strategy through executionBuild ABM strategies that generate measurable pipeline and influence revenue outcomesTranslate account intelligence, technographics, and buying signals into prioritized action plansPartner with senior sales leadership to co-develop account plans and align on target account selectionAnalyze campaign performance data to optimize engagement and deal velocityTravel 25%+ to support account activations and field programsHold equivalent practical experience in B2B marketing or related fieldSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$76,800.00Maximum:$186,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
