The Electrical Superintendent will oversee and coordinate electrical contracting activities on construction projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The role also involves collaborating with other project teams to ensure efficient execution and seamless delivery of projects.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and effective delegationProficiency in Electricity and Electrical Engineering principlesExperience in Electrical Contracting, including project management and executionAbility to perform Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to electrical systemsUnderstanding of safety protocols and industry standards in constructionExcellent communication and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPrior experience in large-scale construction projects is a plusBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferredValid electrical license or certification is advantageous
