Position Overview:The IronSpire Group at Crowe specializes in tailored services for America's affluent families and their entities. Our dedicated team offers personalized strategies to navigate complex domestic and international tax challenges with ease. We are on the lookout for a Tax Manager with a solid background in estate, gift, and trust tax planning and compliance. This essential role will involve advising our esteemed clients, managing intricate projects, and supporting the growth and leadership of the IronSpire Group. Key Responsibilities:Expert Tax Consulting: Provide high-level consulting, compliance, and dispute resolutions regarding complex estate, gift, and trust issues impacting ultra-high-net-worth clients. Project Leadership: Manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment, consistently delivering exceptional client service and technical proficiency. Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with estate, gift, and trust tax engagements. Quality Assurance: Strictly adhere to Crowe's standards, methodologies, and policies. Industry Thought Leadership: Enhance our firm's reputation through public speaking, writing, and educational pursuits. Qualifications:Education & Credentials: A CPA or JD is required. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public accounting, law, or a family office setting is essential. Tax Expertise: In-depth knowledge of estate, gift, and trust taxation, including complex cross-jurisdictional matters. Client Engagement: Strong ability to proactively address client needs, tackle challenges, and build enduring relationships. Team Collaboration: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering teamwork and mentorship.
