PB General Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures and fittingsMaintains and repairs electrical systemAbility to install basic electrical circuitrySet up, maintain and repair gel coat, resin pump and gun systemsClean resin tank, screen and acetone dump stationsResponsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment including overhead hoists and cranes and performs required inspectionsResponsible for repairing/rebuilding air and electrical toolsCoordinate and handle the disposal of wasteResponsible for office movingPerforms housekeeping and other job-related duties assigned by supervisorFrequently handles and ensures that cleanliness and orderliness standards are met throughout the plant. This means doing the work him/herself whenever necessaryAbility to work with minimum supervisionAbility to read and utilize a tape measureAbility to perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing operationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
