BENEFITS: Earn $60-80K in your first year Career Advancement Company Vehicle & Gas Card Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401K with 50% Company Match Life Insurance Company Uniforms & Dry-Cleaning Service Company Cellphone & iPad DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors Demonstrate Respect and Compassion when communicating with clients on work performed Document service performed by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external) SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to represent JW in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public Work well under pressure Must have valid drivers' license and a good driving record Good communicator - works well with different customers and office personality styles. Ability to handle difficult customer/diagnostic issues Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Must be able to pass a drug test and background check PHYSICAL DEMANDS The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain. Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time. Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills. Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain. Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly. The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms). May work in closed or cramped space on occasion GROOMING: Once hired, all employees must maintain a well-groomed appearance (i.e., a business-like haircut, clean-shaven (no facial hair), and no visible tattoos.)
