We believe homeowners deserve quality — and installers deserve to work for a company that values their skill.As we continue expanding across the Tampa Bay area and surrounding territories, we are looking for strong installers and crew leaders who take pride in precision and performance.The OpportunityWe are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year-round.This is steady, full-time work with room for growth and leadership.You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations.What You'll DoRemodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skillsComplete quality installations in as little as one dayFollow all installation procedures and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job siteRepresent the company with professionalism and respect in customers' homesEducate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systemsComplete required paperwork and photo documentation accuratelyMaintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materialsWe take pride in leaving homes better than we found them — and in delivering a five-star experience every time.What We're Looking For2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experienceAbility to measure accurately and use standard construction toolsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and lead when necessaryValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 100 lbsAbility to read instructions and follow detailed processesBathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required.Experience in the Following Is a PlusCarpentryCeramic tileFloor coveringsLight plumbingGeneral remodelingWhat You Can ExpectYear-round workCompetitive pay: $15–$25/hour depending on experienceMedical & Dental Insurance401(k) with a matchPaid VacationProfessional Development OpportunitiesWe are building something strong here.
