Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides comprehensive respiratory care across acute, emergency, and critical care settings, supporting patient recovery and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Compensation up to $88,000 per year with relocation assistance available.Key Responsibilities:Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator supportPerform patient assessments, monitor respiratory status, and respond to changes in conditionManage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway managementConduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret resultsProvide emergency respiratory care in ER and ICU settingsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomesEducate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatmentsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulationsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy programRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialActive Arizona Respiratory Therapist license or eligibilityBLS and ACLS certificationsPreferred Skills:PALS certificationAcute care experienceEmergency room (ER) and intensive care unit (ICU) supportExperience with mechanical ventilation and airway managementProficiency in arterial blood gas (ABG) analysisFamiliarity with critical access hospital environmentsBenefits:Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageRelocation assistance
