Whether you're developing your skills or bringing hands-on experience, if you're hardworking and eager to learn, we want you on our team.Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25/hr. to $45/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.What You'll DoRemove and install rotating equipment, including pumps and motorsPerform maintenance activities, including equipment alignmentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair rotating equipment at customer sitesService and repair motors under 480V and perform insulation testingTroubleshoot basic electrical issues related to equipmentOperate and maintain a service truck, including tools and inventoryComplete required driving logs and service documentationIdentify jobsite hazards and complete safety documentationCommunicate professionally with customers on job status and findingsDocument work performed, including photos and service detailsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentSupport additional duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:3+ years of experience working with rotating equipment (pumps, motors, blowers, mixers, etc.)Valid driver's licenseAbility to troubleshoot basic electrical systems and perform motor testingAbility to read and interpret OEM drawings and technical manualsExperience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and dial indicatorsAbility to perform basic equipment alignmentsExperience with basic lifting and rigging practicesAbility to perform basic piping modifications (steel and PVC)Ability to access secure customer sites (military bases, refineries, power plants, etc.)Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to travel regionally, including overnight staysBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile device usageWhy Join OTC Industrial Technologies?Comprehensive Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance.
