We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant who is very team and customer service oriented. If you want to break out of the traditional mold and experience a refreshing environment, join our team today!RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, sheet rock and electrical upkeep and emergency repairs and assist contractors to perform major repairs.Conduct inspections on a regular basis for necessary upkeep and document findings.Ensure that the facility is in compliance in all areas required by State and Federal regulations as well as meeting the Kansas Fire Marshall's requirements.Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance such as fire alarm test, zone lines, sprinkler system, and safety surveys.This position will be responsible for using the TELS program and keeping all logs, inspections and drills current and up to date.Maintain records or documentation per policies.REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT :One (1) year of maintenance experienceYOU can start as early as NEXT WEEK!Join us as a Maintenance Assistant today!
