This role will support engineers and management by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and global stakeholders, including TMC counterparts. Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and leadershipSupport preparation, formatting, and distribution of technical reports, presentations, and meeting materialsTrack and follow up on action items, project updates, and key deliverablesMaintain department records, SharePoint sites, and documentation systemsSupport onboarding activities, travel reservations and general team logisticsCoordinate communication with cross-functional teams and global counterparts (including Japan)Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative processesRequirements:Minimum Qualifications:Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of recent strong administrative support experience supporting senior leadership Knowledge of SAP/AribaStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Candidates must be tested prior to submitting and must score 80% or better to qualifyStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting engineering or technical teamsExperience working in a global environment, including coordination with JapanFamiliarity with SharePoint or document management systemsFamiliarity with advanced visualization/analysis packages (e.g., Power BI)Openness to explore new tools and methods (e.g., AI) to improve work efficiencyExperience supporting project tracking or reporting activitiesCore Competencies:CommunicationCollaborationOrganizational effectivenessAttention to detailFlexibility and adaptability
