Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy to the residents and the community as prescribed by the attending physician. The Physical Therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which oversees each resident’s physical therapy and restorative plan of care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a state-approved School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Two years of long term care or rehabilitation center experience preferred. Outpatient therapy experience may be considered if practice included medical/surgical patients.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
CPR certification strongly preferred and encouraged
