THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support prototype sample operations within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. In this role, you will coordinate the planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery of early prototype samples for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining products. You will partner closely with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure material readiness, resolve supply constraints, and support on-time execution of engineering builds. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic semiconductor environment. You enjoy solving operational challenges, coordinating across teams, and driving execution to meet critical business timelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport manufacturing specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) management throughout the product lifecycleCoordinate planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery of prototype samples for internal and external customersProvide operational support for engineering development activities across NPI and sustaining productsPartner with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and schedule risksDevelop sample schedules, labor loading plans, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specificationsMonitor master schedules and ensure alignment with manufacturing material requirementsDrive small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivityCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and operational partners across AsiaSupport additional projects and operational assignments as neededPREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in material planning, logistics, scheduling, or operations coordinationStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration with global teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookProcess-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailExperience supporting electronic component prototyping is a plusFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing and/or supply chain operations preferredFamiliarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies is a plusACADEMIC CREDENTIALSBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or other related field.
