This executive will be a key partner to the CFO, COO, and executive team, playing a critical leadership role in managing the company's financial performance, driving strategic planning, and shaping the long-term financial outlook. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining financial objectives and KPIs, leading the annual budgeting process, and establishing rigorous processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting. They will also be involved in supporting key strategic initiatives such as M&A, investments, and operational optimization.Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked within a global, scaling B2B technology or SaaS company. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs, as well as expertise in financial modeling and identifying key value drivers. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be highly collaborative, and possess exceptional communication and influencing skills. An MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree or credential is preferred, but not required.
