This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week, where you will assist clients by connecting them to vital community resources, including housing and food assistance.Opportunities exist in our North, Central and South territories.Key details of the position include:Daily work in the community with clientsMonday to Friday schedule (day shift) no on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays requiredLocal travel is necessary; candidates must have a personal, reliable vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursement availableA valid CLASS E or CLASS D driver's license is required, must be obtained two weeks prior to startingTransportation of clients in your personal vehicle will be part of the roleFace-to-face meetings with clients, including visits to their homesRelated experience with individuals facing mental health challenges is strongly preferred but not requiredYou will xtnlbfm work with individuals experiencing severe mental health issues and will carry a variable caseloadIn-depth training will be provided during the first 90 days to prepare you for this role, emphasizing quick learning and technology proficiencyThis position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communityOverview
