As we grow, we are looking for someone who wants to add real value, build long-term relationships, and be part of a company with strong growth potential.Position OverviewWe are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable prospecting, making phone calls, walking into businesses, starting conversations with owners and managers, and building relationships from the ground up.This is a commission-based sales role with an on-ramp period designed to help you start building income right away as you develop your pipeline.There are no rigid territory restrictions at this time. Depending on your experience, network, and preferred sales approach, this role could focus on local businesses in Southeast Wisconsin, regional accounts, national custom packaging opportunities, distributors, restaurant groups, QSR chains, or a combination of these.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new B2B sales opportunitiesCall on restaurants, coffee shops, venues, foodservice businesses, distributors, restaurant groups, QSR chains, and other potential customersMake outbound calls, send emails, visit businesses in person, and follow up consistentlyLearn and present our product offerings, including custom-printed cups, hot cups, coffee sleeves, bags, deli paper, and related packaging productsHelp customers understand product options, customization opportunities, order quantities, timelines, and reorder programsBuild strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliabilityIdentify opportunities for recurring business and account growthMaintain accurate records of prospects, customer conversations, quotes, and follow-upsWork closely with the internal team to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and handled professionallyRepresent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindsetIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who is not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, walk into a business, and start a conversation. You should be relationship-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.Experience in outside sales is strongly preferred. Experience in foodservice, restaurant sales, packaging, distribution, hospitality, or related industries is a major plus.QualificationsPrior outside sales experience preferredComfortable making cold calls and in-person sales visitsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and able to manage your own sales activityProfessional, trustworthy, and dependableAbility to learn product details and explain options clearly to customersFoodservice, restaurant, packaging, hospitality, or distributor sales experience is a plusWillingness to travel locally, regionally, or nationally depending on sales focusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for local outside sales activityCompensationThis is a commission-based sales role with an on-ramp period to help you begin earning income while building your pipeline. Final compensation structure will be discussed based on experience, sales focus, and employment arrangement.
