Customer Service Representative
G&S Gas Service has an opening for a Customer Service Representative!
Busy, growing, family owned 60+ years in business - we need the best! Must be customer oriented, friendly and have GREAT phone skills.
Responsibilities:
Front-line busy phone answering/problem solving for customers
Walk-in customer service
Input orders into simple spreadsheets.
Receive and input payments into customer database. (training provided)
Confirm service appointments via phone.
Qualifications:
Team player attitude and ready to work along side current office staff.
Great Communication Skills.
Proficient with basic computer functions.
Ability to multitask.
Strong Attention to detail.
Ability to keep work space organized and clean.
Ambition to learn and grow with our team.
