Apply Now!RequirementsMust be available for 1st shift (training & working shift determined by production supervisor)Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and/or production environmentMust be available to work daily and weekly overtime to include weekendsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate various machining equipment to produce components for assemblyRetrieve product components from storage bins or locations and place on production tableAssemble product components according to specification using power and hand toolsUse quality processes and checks to ensure product functionality and adherence to specificationOperate packaging equipment to place finished good on product card or in packagingMaintain production log, recording hour-by-hour production rates for self and othersPromote 5S within the respective cell or area, cleaning equipment as neededOther duties and responsibilities as needed to be successful in the roleCritical Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent is required for permanent placementPrevious work experience in a machining or assembly environment is preferredMust have a high level of hand and arm dexterity to assemble small components at rateMust possess prolonged stamina due to the frequency and duration of operation and assemblyAbility to stand for duration of required shift, to include overtime on a daily or weekly basisAbility to have a high level of attention to detail for extended periods of timeAbility to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. and move in a full-range of motionAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to work daily or weekly overtime, and alternate shifts as needed (required to be available for either first or second shift )PayStarting at $17.09 per hour.
