Located in Phoenix, AZ 85085 candidates must live within 50 mi from site. Base Pay Starting at $43,000 plus bonuses that can range from $25,000-$30,000 or more annually once licensed Training: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm MST. Training is hybrid (M-W in office, Th-F at home).For Training you will have:1 week of New Employee Orientation4 weeks of licensing self study1 week to pass tests2-3 weeks of technical/product knowledge training4 weeks of pod/nesting trainingPost Training Schedule: Hybrid, M-W in office and Th-F at home. Shifts between 6am-5:30pm MST. Job Details:Sell insurance to inbound callers by collecting customer information, generating quotes, and binding coverage, with occasional outbound calls to maximize opportunities.Deliver strong customer service by explaining coverage options and pricing so customers can make informed decisions.Identify opportunities to cross‐sell and upsell additional products.Work efficiently across multiple computer systems while maintaining a smooth, professional customer interaction.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environmentHSD or equivalentMust be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required statesProven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goalsA drive to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentDesire for a long-term career within the insurance industryProven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasksDirect sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the saleExcellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms
