Must Be Able to Coach StrategicallyTeach strategic thinking, not just tactical execution.Help product managers evolve from “backlog managers” to outcome owners.Must have experience coaching product managers new to the role. Real Product Discovery KnowledgeUnderstand how to coach on discovery techniques:Opportunity Solution TreeOutcome-based roadmapsUnderstanding product risks and who owns themMust have experience applying these tools in enterprise environments.5.
