Our mission is to streamline engineering workflows and empower teams to improve productivity and innovation.Role DescriptionThe Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core platform features, setting the technical foundation of the product, and contributing to the product roadmap. Additional responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring product scalability and security, and driving the development of innovative solutions to support users’ needs.QualificationsStrong proficiency in software development using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant technologiesExperience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with collaborative software development practicesKnowledge in designing and implementing scalable web applications, backend systems, and APIsUnderstanding of CAD software and workflows, with experience in related tools being a significant advantageProficiency in problem-solving, debugging, and delivering high-quality codeExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experiencePrior experience in a startup environment or demonstrated initiative in building products from the ground up is highly desirable
