At INPAC, we believe in delivering financial security by helping clients craft and navigate personalized pathways to success.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative, operational, and facility functions of the firm.This role is operationally central to the organization. The Office Manager ensures that internal systems run efficiently, the office environment reflects our professional standards, and team members are supported in executing their responsibilities effectively.This position requires strong organizational discipline, discretion, problem-solving ability, and a high level of ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and professionalism.Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility maintenance (including building coordination).Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and technology needs.Serve as primary liaison for property management at Topa Tower.Maintain organized administrative systems and internal documentation.Support HR-related administrative functions including onboarding logistics and personnel documentation.Coordinate internal meetings, calendars (as assigned), and team events.Assist leadership with administrative projects and special initiatives.Oversee expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor payments (as assigned).Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Event Planning and ExecutionRequired QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports and accountable for performance development.Experience in a professional services environment (financial services, legal, accounting, or similar preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.Strong problem-solving ability and self-directed work ethic.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldCompensation & Benefits(commensurate with experience)Full Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.401(k) with employer match after 12 months.Monthly parking at Topa Tower.Employee rate for INPAC Wealth services.10 days annual PTO (accrued).19 paid holidays annually
