Dispatcher/Service Coordinator
Overview :
The Dispatch Service Coordinator serves as a liaison between the customer, LATAM – El Salvador Backoffice and the CFS/warehouse team . The individual will manage multiple tasks at a time while having a can do attitude. The individual’s strong work ethic will be key to successfully managing multiple levels of communication within the organization.

Job Duties
Responsible for dispatching and scheduling work orders.
Utilizing technical applications such as customer service systems, field service systems, customer information systems, and field radio systems.
Assists in development and implementation of dispatching applications and system support.
Coordinates service or repairs on behalf of employees, customers, or the general public.
Communicates with customers, setting up services such as installations or repairs, relaying information to workers and keeping careful records of services and transactions.
Checking pre-alerts for anything coming into station gateway
Sort and breakdown paperwork for CFS team based on customer requirements.
Tracking all inbound freight and status (pending breakdown, waiting pallet counts)
Updating CFS volume tracking report multiple times a day.
Checking in drivers
Delivery orders printed / customs releases. Getting that paperwork ready for the warehouse team
Driver pre-check for specific customers
Coordinate pickups at the airport with various truckers. Consolidates trucking company communication.
Work with AMS specialists all nominations/PTTS filed.
Pays ISC including sending receipts to operations offices.
Responsible for sealing the outbound loads and getting drivers their paperwork.
Routing freight to zones from charter flights/Creating PMC list for warehouse team.
Experience and Education
Performs work under general supervision
Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Possesses solid working knowledge in dispatching, and freight movement
Requires a high school diploma
2 to 4 years of experience
Cargo Wise One a plus
Competencies
