We pride ourselves on a “Dream Team” of professionals who lead projects end-to-end, continuously learning, researching, and optimizing to deliver impactful results.Ready to take ownership of complex, mission-critical database environments?We are looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA to join us and take a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale database environments, while working closely with development teams in a complex Production environment.What you'll do:• Manage, maintain, and operate MS SQL Server databases, ensuring availability, stability, and reliable backups • Design databases, Data Models, and ERDs • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL / T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Functions • Perform Performance Tuning, Tracing, and optimization, including extensive work with Indexes and Statistics • Work in a multi-server Production environment, including Failover Clusters • Provide professional guidance to development teams on Database and SQL best practicesWhat we’re looking for:• 4+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in multi-server environments • Strong expertise in SQL and T-SQL, including complex queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers • Proven experience with Performance Tuning, optimization, troubleshooting, and Failover Clusters • Strong understanding of Database Design, Normalization, and ERD • Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, and BI • Experience with ETL, PostgreSQL, and PowerShell – an advantage📍 Location: Jerusalem | Hybrid | Full-timeIf you're an experienced DBA looking to work with complex database environments, solve challenging performance issues, and make a real impact on critical systems — we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or send your CV directly!
