Maintains and enhances existing web-based software and applications. Troubleshoots and debugs code, including user and system interface functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design and deploy enhancements and technical solutions that meet the needs of the company, its clients, and the end users. Configures a design that satisfies business requirements and desired specifications. Researches, evaluates and implements new technology to optimize software and application efficiency and usability. Maintains records to document technical and functional developments and revisions. May develop and maintain APIs using ASP.NET. The Senior .Net Full Stack Developer performs application development for a complex web and backend application environment within a Microsoft .Net Framework. He or she will work in/with web-based software development teams in the creation of new web products, design of web apps, monitor and maintain production environments, and stay up to date on web development technologies and Software methodologies. The collaborative culture and supportive team environment make ANE a great place to grow your career.What You Will DoDevelop best interactive web application systems in a collaborative and creative environment focused on adding value to our customers and members.Support a large portfolio of web application development project requests as well as work with Business Analysts and Project Managers/Coordinators and other Developers to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.Participate in code-reviews, product demonstrations, brown-bags, to ensure that we foster an atmosphere of growth and collaboration.Deliver technical specifications for major initiatives related to creating or updating web properties such as portals, including defining scope, setting back-end requirements, determining any integration issues and specifications, defining affected related systems, and assigning deadlines & deliverables.Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site. Suggest new technology and plug ins.Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesWhat You Bring To The American Nurses EnterpriseEducationBachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or similar).Related Work Experience7+ years of progressive experience in Web development techniques across multiple web-enabled devices like Desktop, mobile, and tablet, including responsive/adaptive web development methods.SkillsExtensive Level experience on C#, ASP.NET Framework/Core.Extensive Level Experience in Entity FrameworkExtensive level knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, modern UI/JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, Node JS, Bootstrap etc.Extensive level knowledge working in a RESTful API driven product.Expert level knowledge of software design patterns and Architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM and MVM.Extensive with Test-Driven Development (TDD)Extensive working with various repositories (TFS, GitHub), branching, merging and releasing hot fixes.Knowledge in SQL Server /TSQLExperience with EPiServer CMS and CustomizationsExperience with NoSQL databases (such as CosmoDB)Experience with Asynchronous/ Event Driven programmingOther Skills RequiredTroubleshooter. Able to take a problem and own it, breaking the issue down, asking for the right help as required and ultimately finding a resolution.Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
