You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a positive and collaborative work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide early childhood mental health consultation in schools, childcare centers, and community programsDeliver evidence-based interventions and behavioral health support services for children ages birth to fiveConduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plansImplement Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programmingProvide parent coaching, family support, and caregiver consultationTrain teachers and school staff in trauma-informed practices and positive behavior managementComplete clinical documentation, progress notes, and outcome reporting accurately and timelyCollaborate with community partners, educators, and multidisciplinary teamsSupport data collection and program evaluation initiativesParticipate in the annual Ohio Early Childhood Mental Health Conference and ongoing ECMH training opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related fieldOhio ECMH Credential preferred or actively pursuing credentialingExperience working with young children and families in behavioral health, early intervention, education, or community mental health settingsKnowledge of: Early childhood development; trauma-informed care; Social Emotional Learning (SEL); Positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS); Behavioral health interventions; Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments; Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care.
