ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following:* Safety expectations:o Report any near misses, spills, first aids or injuries immediatelyo Maintain a clean and safe work environment.* Basic Skills:o Evaluate data from production, research, and experiments and put into presentableformat for customers of and for use by Aptar CSP Technologieso Write procedures for new processes as well as revising and writing new proceduresfor existing processeso Perform testing on products for existing and potential customerso Supports the creation of One Point Lessons for training team members.o Lead special projects to support and promote quality, productivity and safetyo Optimize the quality system for Aptar CSP Technologies in the areas of data retrieval,data storage, raw material handling and storageo All other duties as assigned.* Leadership skills:o Experience with working in teams and leadingo Creates a positive work environment through living out the Aptar Core Values andRules of leadershipo Passionate about making a difference and helping to grow and improve operationsQualifications/Education/Special SkillsBachelor of Science in Engineering, or similar degree (working toward achieving)Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 30 pounds.Ability to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting.Detailed Oriented and self-motivated.Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (experience with Access or Minitab a plus)
