Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Soccer Coaches and Multi-Sport Coaches based in Irvine, CA. Coaches will conduct training sessions, develop individualized and group coaching plans, and mentor players to improve their skills in soccer and other sports. The role includes providing feedback, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere, and ensuring the overall development of athletes. Additionally, coaches will engage with the community to promote the club's values and programs. Qualifications Proficient in Soccer Coaching as well as knowledge and experience in Football and other athletic training disciplines.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and team members.Background in Education and Coaching, with an understanding of youth development principles.Ability to motivate and inspire players while maintaining professionalism and patience.Experience working in a sports club or youth training environment is a plus.Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.Passion for sports and mentorship, with a commitment to promoting both athletic and personal growth.
