With strong visibility across the organization, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership-oriented role while staying technically engaged.What You’ll Be DoingLead quality initiatives focused on improving product performance, reliability, and customer satisfactionDrive root cause investigations and corrective actions for internal and customer-related issuesOversee and enhance testing processes, including design validation and reliability testingPartner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defectsSupport engineering changes and ensure alignment with quality standards and specificationsEnsure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal quality systemsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineeringStrong background in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective actionsExperience with reliability testing methods (HALT, HASS, DVT, etc.)Familiarity with regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, and Conflict MineralsExperience with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar)Exposure to CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plusAdditional InformationQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
