Licensed Benefits Advisor (Remote)

OverviewWe are hiring a Licensed Benefits Advisor to work with individuals reviewing life and health coverage options that help protect income, support families, and plan for future needs. In this remote role, you will meet with clients virtually, walk through available options, and help them make informed coverage decisions.This is a salaried internal position supported with training, tools, and leadership guidance so you can focus on client conversations and long-term relationships.What You'll Do• Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with individuals reviewing life and health coverage options• Explain benefit solutions clearly so clients understand how different options work• Help clients compare coverage choices based on their goals and budget• Guide clients through applications and policy approval steps• Maintain organized client records and documentation• Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews and follow-upsWhat We're Looking For• Active Life & Health Insurance License required in your state of residence• Background in insurance, financial services, sales, or advising preferred• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment• Comfortable using video meetings and CRM systemsWhat's Offered• Base salary plus performance incentives• Paid training and continuing education• Tools and leadership guidance to support your success• Remote work flexibility• Opportunities for growth and advancement
