An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Nursing team as a Project Support Officer.Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.The post holder will provide administrative and project support to the Nursing Quality Improvement & Standards Team within Corporate Nursing, contributing to the delivery of nursing and midwifery care assurance and quality improvement work across NHS Lothian.The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating team member diaries including travel time and the preparation of necessary paperwork and information required in advance of diary commitments. The post may involve being responsible for arranging events, including training sessions and providing on-the-day administrative support as required. The general administrative duties include filing, photocopying, stationery ordering, meeting preparation, room bookings and minute taking. The post holder will be responsible for the management of employee data.
