Senior Private Client Relationship Manager

Location: On siteSummaryThe Private Client Relationship Manager will provide business depository, treasury management, and business lending solutions to those organizations. In addition, you are responsible for advising high net worth individuals on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. You will utilize our financial planning strategy to advise prospects on all aspects of their balance sheet to generate new client acquisition. You will be part of a local team and supported by a platform that has the resources, specialists, and intellectual capital to help you advise clients on achieving their desired goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBring in new relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experienceGenerate business results and acquire new assets, both from new client acquisitionAdvise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needsPartner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when neededConnect your clients across all lines of businessEnsure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approachStrictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measuresPerforms all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTen plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial ServicesBachelor's Degree requiredProven sales success and strong business acumenStrong community presence with an established networkExperience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking conceptsFocuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client's behalfPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSeries 7, 66 and Insurance licenses preferred, but can be obtained after employmentProactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problemsDynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skillsDemonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their businessAs part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check.This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
