If you’re driven, personable, and ready to build lasting relationships while representing some of the best equipment in the industry, we want to hear from you!Role Description As a Sales Pro for Cornerstone Equipment, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by promoting and selling our full lineup of equipment, attachments, and services. This role combines relationship-building, product expertise, and business development to deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial consultation through final delivery. You will identify customer needs, provide equipment demonstrations, prepare competitive quotes, evaluate trade-ins, and leverage CRM tools to grow and maintain a loyal customer base. Success in this position requires a passion for helping customers succeed, active participation in community and industry events, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to maintaining an inviting showroom and sales environment. Most importantly, you will embody Cornerstone Equipment’s commitment to providing “White Glove” customer service in a “Farm Glove” environment—delivering professional, personalized support that creates lasting customer relationships and drives business growth.QualificationsProven successful sales experience: Driven, Hungry, Passionate, EnergeticStrong understanding of the compact agriculture and construction equipment, including specifications, functions, and applications.Ability to assess the customer’s needs and provide tailored equipment recommendations.Effective communication skills with ability to explain complex products clearly to potential customers and listen effectively to understand their needs.Experience with negotiation skills and familiarity with negotiating prices, terms, and conditions in a way that benefits both the customer and the organization. Skills in identifying and pursuing new leads, whether through cold calling, networking, trade shows, or referrals.Proficiency in using CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales pipelines.Ability to close deals, overcoming objections, and finalizing agreements.Handling any issues customers may face during or after the sales process.Providing post-sale support, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.Strong teamwork abilities and willingness to be committed to team success.
