Pump Division Manager

Bemana is seeking a high-level Pump Division Manager to lead our pump repair and service operations in Chesapeake, VA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands the complexities of high-energy rotating equipment and has the financial acumen to manage a departmental P&L. You will oversee a diverse team of Project Managers, Machinists, and Mechanics in a state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned repair facility.Position Offers:Up to $130K salary depending on experience + overtime opportunities.
