In this role, you're responsible for the duties listed below.Immediate opening for a Warehouse Area Lead in Redlands, CA who possesses:1 to 2 years of experience working as a warehouse lead with clear understanding of warehouse operating procedures and protocols.Full understanding of pick/pack/ship process in a distribution environment. Experience with RF Scanners highly desiredExperience operating the sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker or turret forklift.FULL DESCRIPTION :The selected candidate will be responsible for:Lead and support a team to keep operations running smoothly and efficientlyTrain, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potentialCoordinate workflows across warehouse zones to meet daily goalsReceive, stock, and organize incoming productsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracyPalletize, label, weigh, and wrap outgoing shipmentsLoad and unload shipments safely and efficientlyPerform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and turret trucksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentConduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocolsThe selected candidate will also possess:Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentStrong understanding of pick/pack/ship processesAbility to lead by example and motivate a teamStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (English required for safety and operations)A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving abilitiesSalary Range: $19.50/HourMore information can be found at www.talentzok.comCompany Description TalentZok was founded in 2008 and has been repeatedly recognized as one of San Diego County's fastest growing businesses.
