Scrum Master

Scrum MasterLocation: Columbus, OHKey ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Support SAFe practices, including PI Planning and cross-team coordination.Partner with Product Owners/Developers to manage priorities and maintain an effective backlog.Identify and resolve risks, impediments, issues, and team dependencies.Coordinate activities across internal and vendor teams.Monitor delivery metrics and maintain JIRA dashboards/reports for stakeholders.Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.
