Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay
We are seeking a dependable and experienced *Maintenance Worker* to join our team.
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing *CNC machinery, hydraulic equipment, and other manufacturing machinery* to keep production running safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and related manufacturing equipment.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues.
* Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
* Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential problems before equipment failures occur.
* Replace worn or damaged components such as bearings, belts, hoses, seals, pumps, valves, motors, and other machine parts.
* Perform hydraulic system maintenance, including troubleshooting leaks, pressure issues, pumps, cylinders, and valves.
* Assist with CNC machine maintenance, including lubrication, alignment, cleaning, and component replacement.
* Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, preventative maintenance, and parts used.
* Work with production personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
* Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
*Qualifications Include:*
* Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
* Experience working with *CNC machinery and hydraulic equipment* strongly preferred.
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
* Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to lift and move equipment or parts as required.
* Commitment to workplace safety.
*Preferred Experience:*
* CNC machining equipment
* Hydraulic presses and hydraulic systems
* Pneumatic systems
* Motors, pumps, bearings, belts, and gearboxes
* Preventative maintenance programs
* Basic electrical troubleshooting
