You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology to create solutions that simplify complex workflows and drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.As a Product Manager, you'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring impactful products to market. You'll own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuously optimize experiences based on customer feedback and business results.What You'll DoProduct Strategy & VisionDefine product strategy and roadmap across multiple related products of the marketplace and financial services platformSolve customer pain points and opportunities through research, analytics, and market insightsConvert business objectives into clear product goals, priorities and measurable outcomesPrioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impactProduct Discovery & ExecutionLead product discovery efforts to validate customer problems and potential solutionsCreate and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMake trade-offs balancing customer needs, internal constraints and business objectivesCollaborate closely with Design, Engineering throughout the product lifecycleCommunicate technology roadmap and priorities and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholdersCustomer & Market UnderstandingBuild deep understanding of the needs of brands, retailers, and other stakeholders in the cannabis supply chainCollaborate with GTM teams to conduct customer interviews and usability sessionsAnalyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics and work with operations teams to improve execution and efficiencyMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovationEnsure successful product launches and adoption across customer segmentsProduct OptimizationDefine and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibilityDefine success metrics and measure product outcomesInfluence enterprise-level decisions using customer data insights to improve customer experiences and business performanceEstablish data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysisDrive continuous improvement through experimentation and iterationWhat We're Looking For4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or B2B technology environmentsCustomer-centric mindset with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scaleStrong skills in stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements and continuous improvementExperience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM and Operations teamsExcellent communicationAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teamsExperience using data to inform decision-making and prioritizationNice to HaveExperience with marketplaces, commerce platforms, payments, or logistics productsExperience in high-growth startups or scale-up environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise software and complex operational workflowsExperience in regulated industriesKnowledge of cannabis industry operations and supply chain dynamicsLeafLink Perks & BenefitsFlexible PTO - you’re going to be working hard so enjoy time off with no cap!A robust stock option plan to give our employees a direct stake in LeafLink’s success5 Days of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) - giving back is important to us and we want our employees to prioritize cultivating a better communityCompetitive compensation and 401kComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision)Commuter Benefits through our Flexible Spending AccountLeafLink’s employee-centric culture has earned us a coveted spot on BuiltInNYC’s Best Places to Work for in 2021 list.
