Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mitigation Lead based in Tacoma, WA. The Mitigation Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the mitigation efforts, including hazard assessment and mitigation planning. Tasks will include coordinating emergency management procedures, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success. Additionally, the Mitigation Lead will conduct data analysis and provide regular progress reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Mitigation and Hazard Mitigation processesStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for effective decision-makingExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearlyExperience in Emergency Management, including planning and response strategiesAbility to lead a team effectively and manage projects to completionKnowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to mitigation and emergency managementPrevious experience in mitigation or a related field is a requirement
