You'll work with a diverse global team of developers, designers, and content creators to help shape the digital experience across multiple web properties.Please note we are unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position.What You'll Do At PegaBuild and iterate on our next-generation enablement platform at a rapid pace — from early prototypes to production-ready products built on Pega Launchpad and Pega PlatformShip frequently and confidently, prioritizing momentum and delivering value to users over perfection on paper.Collaborate directly with executive stakeholders and translate high-level vision into working software — sometimes on very tight timelines.Take full ownership of features and workstreams, driving them from concept through delivery with minimal handholdingEmbrace a build-measure-learn cycle: prototype quickly, gather user feedback, and pivot without hesitation when the direction changesBuild with the end user in mind — develop a deep understanding of who they are, what they need, and what will make them love the productBuild and code enterprise class digital applications.Distil complex requirements into bite sized technical specs.Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
